*** Franchise Requirements
JUST PIZZA® Over 75 Varieties net worth and capital requirements for new franchise are as follows:
- 1-3 Units - Minimum net worth of $225,000.00 and $225,000.00 , per restaurant in cash, liquid assets, available financing or combination there of.
- 4-10 Units - Minimum net worth $900,000.00 and $225,000.00 per restaurant in cash liquid assets, available financing or combination there of.
*** Franchise Fees
- The initial Franchise Fee is $25,000.00.
- An ongoing royalty fee of 4% of net sales is due on a weekly basis in New York State and an ongoing royalty fee of 2% of net sales is due on a weekly basis outside of New York State.
- JUST PIZZA® Over 75 Varieties requires that in New York State 3% of net monthly sales be spent on marketing, 1% for you to spend on marketing in your radius area in which your restaurant is located and 2% is required payable to JUST PIZZA® Over 75 Varieties General Fund for Group Marketing in New York State. Outside of New York State, a minimum of 2% of net monthly sales be spent by each Franchise, for Marketing Purpose. Also, $5,000.00 must be spent on Grand Opening Advertising for each restaurant.
